Our pre team consists of gymnasts with some tumbling experience that aren't quite ready to enter the competition field. We prepare this group by developing their skills and mastering the skills they already have to advance them into our Bronze level over time. 

Our pre team practices on Wednesdays from 4:30-6:30. Cost is $140 a month. 

They do not attend competitions, but we will have a winter showcase that students will perform for family and friends. 

To join our pre team they must have some tumbling experience previously. 

Our pre team is closed for new members until January 2027. If you would like to join our waitlist, please reach out. 

For recreational classes (intro to gymnastics) we recommend Simply Strong next door. They can be reached at 402-719-6488. They use our gym on Tuesday nights for a shorter 55 minute intro class.
